Growing up Janice's family hosted a series of foreign exchange students from Eastern Europe (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Lithuania) which enhanced her love of learning about new cultures and the deeper knowledge that the world is a giant kaleidoscope of people and places, and there are so many wonderful places we have yet to experience.
During the winter and spring of 2007 Janice spent time studying in France (Normandy), which is one of the brightest and longest lasting highlights of her life. While there she traveled to other countries including Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and Lithuania. Traveling on a student budget, without the expertise of an agent has taught her valuable lessons in handing mishaps and triumphing in the successes of cultural differences and experiences.
She has also traveled to the Caribbean on two cruises; but most notably having a small, private destination wedding and honeymoon in St. Lucia.
Recently, Janice embarked on a tour of Peru. While there, she had to opportunity to experience Lima, Cusco, the Sacred Valley and one of her bucket list items, a tour of Machu Picchu!
Janice has a strong focus on putting the client first and finds joy in helping others create their dream vacation, no matter how big or small, because she believes that fostering relationships with others around the world is crucial to self-development and awareness. Being an agent gives her the opportunities to help make those lasting memories for her clients.
