We leverage technology and project management expertise to create a proven, stress-free and convenient onboarding process, greatly alleviating the time and effort required of new clients – and preventing disruption to the travel program.
To achieve this, Fox developed custom dashboard technology that graphically displays implementation milestones, resources, status metrics and project plans in real time. This interactive project plan provides travel managers with full transparency into completed and upcoming tasks. Fox updates all tasks in the backend database; this information then feeds directly into the dashboard, graphically displaying updates of all completed and pending tasks.
A dedicated implementation manager will guide you through your implementation. Our implementation team has built a streamlined onboarding process using Lean Six Sigma improvement philosophies and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, based on travel manager research and insights.
