Information Technology Support Specialist
Join Fox World Travel’s Team TODAY as Information Technology Support Specialist in our Technology Department. This role will provide high quality front-line computer technical support to internal users, both at corporate headquarters and remote offices. You will assist associates resolve technical issues by supporting our operating systems, network, hardware and software, including installation, configuration, maintenance and training users of these systems.
A day in the life of IT Support Specialist at Fox may include:
Engaging in the deployment, monitoring, maintenance and support of all IT systems, including telecommunications, servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals and other equipment.
Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving and documenting user and system issues via help desk system.
Responding to customer support request tickets, calls and emails
Assisting with application testing and routine system and database updates
Participating in team on-call, after-hours support rotation.

We’d Love It If You Also Have:
Associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant IT certifications (e.g. A+, Network+, MCSA)
1 to 2 years equivalent combination of training and experience in the Information Technology work environment preferred
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot, provide support and deliver exceptional customer service.
Self-motivation; demonstrating initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic.
