Meetings and Incentives; Program Manager, Level II
Fox is currently looking for an organized meeting and events planner to oversee the operational execution of mid-to large meetings, special events and incentive travel for clients.
This individual acts as the lead program manager to their team, while working on a variety of programs simultaneously. This person also serves as the day-to-day planning contact for each respective client.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
A day in the life of the Program Manager, Level II at Fox may include:
Working with the sales director and client to develop, coordinate and implement mid-to large meetings, events and incentives.
Maintaining proactive, positive and open lines of communication with client to ensure understanding of expectations and satisfaction throughout the life of a program.
Identifying clients’ needs and developing strategies to drive sales
Providing accurate and timely analysis and reporting for all activities and revenue forecasting.
Working to increase program profitability over original priced program received at post-sale transition.
Developing, coordinating and managing all aspects of assigned meetings, incentives and programs, including hotels, speakers and entertainment, printed materials and audio-visual services, food and beverage functions, transportation, activities and materials.
Participating in travel presentations to clients as needed
Maintaining a favorable and collaborative working relationship with team members in all departments to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect.
Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of operations and services performed.
Have the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) designation.
Have minimum six to ten years’ experience in coordinating and/or planning meetings and/or special events
Have Global travel planning experience
Can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Are results oriented
Are customer-focused and service-oriented
