We are excited to add this new position to enhance our continued growth within the largest operation at Fox (Business Travel). This role is responsible for the achievement of sales goals through direct selling of TMC services to businesses in a defined category and geographic territory.

A day in the life of a Global Sales Director at Fox includes:

  • Meeting and exceeding annual new-business sales targets with an emphasis on the mid- to large-market TMC categories.

  • Developing consultative relationships with C-level decision makers and procurement executives while educating them on Fox World Travel’s value proposition.

  • Identifying new TMC prospects within assigned territory by cold calling, researching, networking, conducting meetings as well as other creative methods.

  • Managing target account lists.

  • Maintaining potential client/contact activities related to the TMC sales cycle by proficient usage of Microsoft Dynamics or similar technology.

This Might be the Job for You If You:

  • Are strategic, forward thinking and results-oriented.

  • Excel at B2B selling and relationship management.

  • Communicate proficiently in both verbal and written form.

  • Possess strong customer focus and service orientation with the ability to build relationships.

We’d Love It If You Also Have:

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience Business-to-Business (B2B) selling required, ideally travel management services. Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or communications is preferred.

  • Highly developed and effective negotiation skills.

  • Ability to maintain an aggressive rate of new TMC sales growth, exceeding annual goals.

  • Experience preparing and delivering highly developed, effective presentations to all levels within an organization.

  • Strength in listening and conveying understanding, both in groups and one-on-one.
