Business Travel Associate - Onsite Floater

Fox’s growing Business Travel Division is on the hunt for a Business Travel Associate – Floater that serves business clients by developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating travel reservations (both domestic and international); building client relationships; ensuring client satisfaction. Consistently demonstrates flexibility with schedule and assignments, adapting to work in multiple offices and following multiple travel policies in order to cover VIP, domestic and international business travel staffing needs at various onsite locations primarily located in the State of Wisconsin.


A day in the life of the Business Travel Associate – Onsite Floater at Fox may include:

  • Providing exceptional travel services for domestic, trans-border and extensive international itineraries; may provide specialized services to VIP clients.

  • Booking domestic and international reservations for air, travel, hotel and ground transportation, following up as necessary to complete reservation.

  • Counseling clients on travel safety considerations, preferred supplier support, savings opportunities, logistical routings and options, and international entry requirements, if applicable.

This Might be the Job for You If You:
  • 5+ years travel industry related experience with at least 3 years of international focus OR equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in all facets of business travel including support functions, VIP travel, domestic and international reservations

  • Ability to work flexible hours within a scheduled shift (weekdays, 7 am - 5:30 pm CST); flexibility is required in the floater position as schedules and situations can change at a moment’s notice

  • Highly productive in a self-directed work environment
