Sr. HR Business Partner- (Oshkosh, WI)

Fox’s Human Resource team is currently looking for an individual that is responsible for the administration of and serves as a consultant to leaders on human resources related issues in a variety of functional areas.  This position formulates partnerships across all functions to deliver value added service to leaders and all associates, applicants and other internal and external customers that reflect the business objectives and culture of the organization

A day in the life of a Sr. HR Business Partner at Fox may include:

  • Providing advice and guidance to members of leadership regarding Human Resources concepts, policies and procedures
  • Leading, designing, developing and maintaining wellness initiatives
  • Identifiying and deploying best practices for performance development
  • Managing annual open enrollment
  • Partnering with HR Director to evaluate and review HR programs
  • Working closely with Talent Acquisition team assisting with job evaluations
  • Assisting HR Generalist in preparing government reports
  • Partnering with HR Generalist to resolve escalated benefit questions
  • Maintaining Human Resource Information System records and personnel files
This Might be the Job for You If You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of previous experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience with an HRIS database and payroll processing is strongly preferred
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Operational knowledge of payroll policies, regulations and procedures and a working knowledge of benefit plans, insurance and retirement policies, regulations and procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while demonstrating ability to remain flexible in a changing work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Knowledge of Human Resources laws and pending legislation is necessary
