Cunard Line Programs

As soon as you have completed your first voyage with Cunard you will join a distinguished fellowship of sophisticated travellers – the Cunard World Club. This members–only programme is our way of saying thank you for choosing to see the world on board a Cunard ship.

There are four different membership levels within the Cunard World Club - Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond offering a variety of benefits for you to enjoy each time you travel with us, making your time on board even more memorable. Membership of the Cunard World Club provides you with insider’s access to the most recent developments at Cunard, including our latest news and itineraries.

The Cunard Book Club offers the opportunity for thought-provoking literary discussions among our guests each voyage. Book Club selections will change quarterly and are reflective of the interests of each ship’s guests. Each Book Club meeting will be led by the ship's Librarian or one of the Hostesses, who will provide a short history of the author and lead the discussion.

Arguably the most famous acting school in the English-speaking world, London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) has a unique relationship with Cunard. The Academy was founded in 1904, and has trained countless memorable names of the stage and screen from Vivien Leigh, Charles Laughton and John Gielgud to current leading actors such as Anthony Hopkins, Ralph Fiennes and Alan Rickman. The RADA graduate company presents specially-edited versions of renowned plays, and adaptations of great literary classics on select Transatlantic Crossings, each lasting no more than one hour.

From the spacious deck of QUEEN MARY 2, you can often see incredible expanses of stars stretched from horizon to horizon. That’s why experts from the Royal Astronomical Society (RAS) run classes on board select Transatlantic Crossings to help you pinpoint Orion or Aquarius in the night sky.* Unique to our flagship, explore space from indoors at Illuminations, the only planetarium at sea, where special shows explain what you can see overhead at different times of year. Even take a virtual tour of outer space to view up close the moon and stars.

With Cunard's Insights, their award winning enrichment programme, you can explore a number of historical and contemporary topics presented by a wide range of speakers including explorers, academics, former ambassadors and politicians, historians and scientists, award winning novelists, biographers and acclaimed actors and film-makers.

Cunard is once again pleased to present an exclusive partnership with The Juilliard School to present stellar jazz performances on select 2014 Transatlantic Crossings aboard flagship Queen Mary 2. The Juilliard School Jazz Series will feature performances by students and faculty from the prestigious music institution - which has set America’s standard for education in the performing arts who will perform programmes in Illuminations, treating guests to the best in classic and contemporary jazz.
