Guaymas

Guaymas is a beautiful port city in the Mexican state of Sonora. The city was originally founded by missionaries and is home to several beautiful churches built in the neo-classical sense. There are also a number of beaches including Miramar where visitors can enjoy watersports and sunbathing. Guaymas is home to the only pearl farm on the continent and and offers free tours and colorful Sea of Cortez pearls for purchase.
