Lithuania owes much to the rich culture of central Europe. It once shared an empire with neighboring Poland that stretched from the Baltic Sea almost to the Black Sea. Its capital, Vilnius, boasts a Baroque Old Town that is the largest in Eastern Europe and praised as the 'New Prague.' Lithuania's biggest attraction is its long stretch of Baltic coastline, followed by the Lithuanian people who are regarded as being very outgoing. A visit to Lithuania will surely be met with a large dose of relaxation and culture.
