Fox Celebrates International Women’s Day
At Fox World Travel, the road to success for women leaders within is not the result of a whiteboard activity during a talent retention meeting or strategic planning session.
From the beginning, Fox has supported the advancement of women across the board, from entry level positions with on-the-job training up to our executive team, which is currently 50% women-led. Our company’s family-first culture lays the groundwork for faith and trust for females to feel invested in their growth.

No matter what department you look in at Fox, there are successful woman making a difference. In honor of International Women’s Day, we are highlighting a few of the many amazing women helping to drive us into the future.
Chasity Schlimm
PMO Manager
Chasity has been with Fox for five years, and in her time has led the creation of two entirely new departments. With a focus on streamlining efficiency and increasing visibility for our internal teams as well as our clients, her impact is felt company-wide. Having created Fox’s Magellan Award Winning Implementation Dashboard and being the momentum behind our 100% on-time implementation record Chasity certainly is a woman making impact.

Tifani Jones
Fox Director of Global Development & Sales Operations
Tifani has already made her mark since joining the Fox Family in March 2020 when the U.S. travel ban took effect and organizations shifted to working from home. She has already led new strategic initiatives for Fox’s sales team that transcend the day to day and bring a new level of focus on our client’s objectives, facilitating new technology advancements.

Brianne Bloom
Regional Director of Vacation Travel
Brianne was also new to Fox in 2020, bringing a fresh perspective to our vacation travel division. Her leadership in transitioning our travel advisors to the virtual world and implementing chat consultations on the Fox website has made a giant difference for our clients’ experience. Brianne also hosted Fox’s award-winning Little Foxplorers online adventure camp.
Lisa Trepanier
Human Resources Director
Lisa, our director of human resources since 2016, is a passionate advocate for our associates and internal culture. Since she has been with Fox, she has taken the reigns and brought award winning processes, tools and technology to improve the associate experience. In what was a difficult year for the travel industry due to COVID-19, Lisa led Fox’s rapid transition to a completely virtual workforce. And by increased awareness of associate sentiment new needs based on this rapidly changing environment, she was able to help increase the company-wide engagement score by 11% amid industry uncertainty.
Alisha Lembke & Wanda Burdick
Directors of Operations, Business Travel
Talk about a dream team. Alisha and Wanda spent the past year on the front lines of supporting our business travelers throughout COVID-19. Together they have tackled finding ways to bring efficiency and empowerment to their teams. Alisha was one of the key players in developing Fox’s Magellan Award-winning unused ticket solution, and Wanda led the implementation of a new communication platform, integrating phone, chat and email to create a cohesive customer experience.
