Why would you want to travel to Egypt?  To me, the question is why wouldn’t you want to travel to Egypt?  Egypt is truly a unique destination that features landmarks and experiences so different from the rest of the world. In addition to the sights that make up people’s bucket lists, the culture and people bring the country to life.

Egypt truly has something to offer every kind of traveler regardless of age, gender, religious affiliation, or travel style, be it budget, moderate or luxury. And for those of you who know me, I’m going with luxury whenever possible, and our partnership with Insight Vacations was able to provide just that on our recent Fox Group Vacation.

This group’s accommodations included the outstanding Marriott in Cairo. Our riverboat, the impressive MS Medea is one of the most luxurious vessels on the Nile. On top of all of this, our excursion experiences were top notch. But what really made this trip so special was our Egyptologist/tour manager, Essam. He did an amazing job bringing Egypt to life for all of us. His vast knowledge and passion for his country was exceptional and is an example of the caliber of guides that Insight Vacations employs not only in Egypt, but on every tour they offer throughout the world.
