Fox World Travel recognized with Customer Experience Excellence Award at Concur Fusion

Concur Fusion 2017 kicked off Tuesday in Chicago with Travel Management Company (TMC) Day and a new award highlighting an innovative TMC with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.

Mike Koetting, Executive Vice President TMC Solutions, Concur, presented Fox World Travel with the first-ever Customer Experience Excellence Award. The award recognizes Fox’s dedication to maximizing Concur tools and the Traveler Experience on behalf of shared customers.

Koetting noted, integrated TMC messaging is about much more than just risk notification. Fox has been an example in the industry, providing innovative customer experiences for clients by utilizing Concur tools—specifically, TMC messaging—in new ways to improve duty of care and travel disruptions for travelers in route.
