With the goal of continuing to provide best-in-class service to travelers across the world, Fox World Travel is excited to announce the promotion of three associates to globally oriented positions. Matt Hoffmann makes the transition to director, global client solutions while Jeff Saydah and Wanda Baumgartner move into their new roles as global client solutions managers.
These new designations reflect Hoffmann, Saydah and Baumgartner’s many years of experience with multinational client management. In addition to their current responsibilities, Saydah and Baumgartner will apply their extensive subject matter expertise, providing both internal and external consultation, to support Fox’s growing global client base and multinational travel program management proficiency.
“Consolidating travel based in multiple countries across the globe is a unique skill that Jeff and Wanda possess through their dedicated work in this area. They are a great asset to our team and company,” said Hoffmann. “Our clients know they can lean on the global travel knowledge of the client solutions department and our associates know we are ready to handle any client questions that may come out way.”
These promotions reflect Fox’s significant global growth, increasingly serving clients with travel programs operating across the world. The dedicated global focus of these positions elevates Fox’s ability to further deliver on the needs of our global clients with distinguished service and multinational consolidation expertise, in addition to attracting new clients.
“Our customers continue expanding their global footprints and have found success consolidating travel programs through Fox’s multinational solutions,” said George Kalka, vice president, global client solutions. “As we embark on more of these global journeys with our existing and prospective clients, the travel professionals we work with will directly benefit from the considerable experience and accomplishments our global experts bring to the process.”
