Depart Milwaukee for Seattle. Upon arrival in Seattle you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Your free time can be spent exploring Seattle’s waterfront, Chinatown, Pioneer Square, the sights of Pike Place Market, and/or the Space Needle at leisure.

Hotel: Paramount Hotel Seattle (or similar)

A motorcoach will transfer you to King Street Station for the first leg of your Rocky Mountaineer journey. After boarding, enjoy dinner onboard as you travel past the Chittenden Locks linking Puget Sound to Lakes Union and Washington. Highlights include the fishing fleet (and Boeing jets) of Everett, the fields at the foot of the Cascade Mountains near Mount Vernon, sunset views of Bellingham Bay and the San Juan Islands beyond and, after crossing the Canadian border, the community of White Rock as the train hugs the Pacific Coast and travels into Vancouver. On arrival in Vancouver, a motorcoach will transfer you to your hotel.

Today, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Vancouver’s spectacular North Shore, including Grouse Mountain & Capilano Suspension Bridge. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Vancouver. Overnight in Vancouver.

Travel onboard the Rocky Mountaineer from the coastal city of Vancouver to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia’s interior. On today’s journey you will see dramatic changes in scenery, from the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley, through forests and winding river canyons surrounded by the peaks of the Coast and Cascade Mountains, to the desert-like environment of the BC Interior. Highlights include the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River. Your day concludes as the Rocky Mountaineer travels along the shores of Kamloops Lake into Kamloops. Overnight in Kamloops.

Your Rocky Mountaineer journey continues eastwards to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta. Once again you will see a spectacular array of scenery as you travel across ranchlands, along rocky lakeshores, over high mountain passes and through the remarkable tunnels that form part of the rich rail history of the Canadian Rockies. Today’s highlights include Craigellachie, where the last spike of the Canadian Pacific Railway was driven, the climb over Rogers Pass, Kicking Horse Canyon, the Spiral Tunnels and, of course, the glaciers and snow-capped peaks of the Canadian Rockies. Your rail journey ends this evening in the resort town of Banff. Overnight in Banff.

Start your day with hotel pickup in Banff, and enjoy a full-day of sightseeing traveling along the Bow Valley Parkway to Johnston Canyon, where you will enjoy an easy walk before touring to the Lake Louise area. Stops include the famous Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Victoria Glacier, Moraine Lake and the Valley of The Ten Peaks, Yoho National Park, Emerald Lake and Takakkaw Falls. Arrive back into Banff in the late afternoon.

Enjoy a full-day tour starting with a sightseeing tour from Banff to Calgary. Highlights include admission to the Banff Gondola and a panoramic Helicopter Tour. Then travel to Calgary by motorcoach late this afternoon. Tonight enjoy a special Farewell Dinner at the Calgary Tower. You overnight stay is in Calgary.

The flights included in the air-inclusive package have not yet been announced, the identity of the carrier, which may include the carrier’s code-share partner, will be assigned and disclosed at a later date.
Flight schedules are subject to change and Fox has no control over flight changes, seat assignments, delays or cancellations.  Tickets will be non-refundable once issued. Changes will be subject to a fee plus any fare difference. Additional restrictions may apply.  Checked baggage fees may apply.

Cancellation Penalties:

  • From date of deposit to April 22, 2019: Initial deposit of $700.00 per person
  • April 23 to June 7, 2019: 75% package price cancellation fee + applicable airline fees
  • June 8, 2019 to 0 days prior to travel: No refund
