A culinary experience in Paris with Susan Holding, Cordon Bleu Alumna and Owner of The Little French Bakery Cooking School

Bonjour! Join Susan Holding, Cordon Bleu alumna and owner of The Little French Bakery Cooking School, and Denise Pedersen, Fox World Travel, as they explore unique food venues in Paris for the 4th time.  Is this your first time in Paris? Don’t worry, there’s plenty of time for sightseeing and getting to know the City of Light.

Imagine yourself in Paris eating a picnic lunch under the Eiffel tower with a baguette, Brie & Comte cheeses, fresh olives, French wine, and Pain au Chocolate for dessert. Tomorrow, you take a drive to the French countryside and explore the gardens at Giverny, and walk through the home of Claude Monet, one of the most famous impressionist artists of all time. Later that day, you return to the city and have a free evening to enjoy dinner at an outdoor café,  enjoy a glass of sparkling wine, espresso and crème brulee to top off your evening.

These are just a few of the memories you can create when you travel with Fox World Travel on this Group Vacation.

About Susan:

The road to the Little French Bakery has taken many turns.

I’m an RN, BSN, MBA who followed a dream, went to Paris, and earned the Diplome to Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu. The courses spanned over two years. I loved my experience at Le Cordon Bleu. It was hard, tiring and very rewarding. Every time I’m back in Paris, I visit the school. I really wish I could have met Julia Child. She made such an impact on cooking and cuisine in the U.S.

I love to travel. Whether it’s a few hours away to Door County, or across the globe, I’m ready for an adventure. Our trips always include a taste of the local foods. We love spice!  I hope you’ll join me as we explore the world.

Susan teaches pastry classes at her kitchen, The Little French Bakery.  She has been featured in radio, TV, Madison Magazine, BRAVA Magazine, Wisconsin Trails Magazine, Isthmus Newspaper and Spoonful Magazine
