Welcome to Paris, France’s capital on the River Seine, the “City of Light”. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy a day at leisure.

This afternoon, board your river cruise vessel and meet your crew at an evening welcome reception. During dinner, your ship glides smoothly out of Paris.
Today, choose to explore Vernon’s Chateau des Tourelles by foot with your Adventure Host, or take a guided visit of Giverny, where Claude Monet lived for almost 43 years (1883-1926), and viewed his flower and water gardens as works of art—just like his paintings, or a visit to Bizy Castle, built in 1740 and nicknamed “Normandy’s Versailles”. It is known for its famous stables, its magnificent courtyard, and water garden.
Later, while sailing, enjoy a traditional French luncheon of authentic French crêpes, followed by a Pastry Demonstration. This afternoon, enjoy a beautiful cruise to the picturesque town of Les Andelys. Upon arrival, join a guided hike up to the castle ruins of Château Gaillard—historic home of King Richard the Lionheart, or take a guided walking tour of Les Andelys one of France’s most picturesque spots on the Seine. Evening/Overnight cruise to Caudebec.
Today, join one of two guided excursions: enjoy a relaxing bike ride along the river with your Adventure Host, or take a Guided Trip along the Normandy Abbey’s Route – where more than 100 medieval Benedictine and Augustine abbeys and churches were built along the Seine.
The afternoon is free to explore on your own or to join an optional excursion to the pretty coastal town of Honfleur. Overnight docking in Caudebec.

See the famous Bayeux Tapestry, visit the beautiful village of Beuvron en Auge and taste Calvados at a local distillery. Evening cruise to Rouen.
Rouen, the capital of Upper Normandy, is an important commercial city, perhaps best known for its connection to Joan of Arc, who lived, was imprisoned and burned at the stake in the marketplace of this town in 1431.
Take a guided Bike Tour to discover and explore the most famous monuments and the lesser known hidden gems of Rouen on two wheels, or enjoy the included guided walk through Rouen’s medieval quarter, with its half-timbered, glazed-tile houses, and take your pictures of the intricate Gros Horloge astronomical clock, dating back to the 16th century. Visit the gothic Notre-Dame Cathedral, which was once the tallest building in the world and the subject of a series of paintings by Claude Monet. Evening/Overnight cruise to Conflans.

The Fox World Travel fee will be charged at the time of deposit and will show as an additional payment.

Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees, fuel surcharges, exchange fluctuations or any combinations of these.
