Final Payment: No later than December 3, 2026

Requirements: Valid US Passport, recommended 6 months validity from return date

Cancellation Penalties:          

From date of deposit to December 3,2026: Initial deposit of $200.00 per person + Fox cancellation fee

December 4 to December 30, 2026: 50% of package price + Fox cancellation fee

December 31, 2026 to February 2, 2027: 75% of package price + Fox cancellation fee

February 3, 2027 to time of departure: No refunds + Fox cancellation fee

Fox World Cancellation Fee of $100.00 per reservation will apply in addition to any Fox Group Vacation or vendor cancellation penalties.

Fox Professional Fee: Package price includes a $50.00 non-refundable Professional Fee per reservation. Fee will be charged at the time of deposit and will show as additional payment from Fox World Travel.

Not Included: Any required Visas or eVisas, airline flights on land-only packages, airline imposed baggage & seat fees (if applicable), transfers in destination, gratuities unless prepaid (for airport porters, tour guides, drivers, and service or shipboard staff), specialty experiences or meals (other than those included in the package), travel protection, medical services, or any items of personal nature.

Terms: Pricing listed is capacity controlled. Rates are subject to change once the staterooms reserved have been sold. Additional stateroom categories may be available based on current rates. Cruise taxes and port fees are included and subject to change. Unsold inventory can be recalled by a manual review at any time.

Insurance: For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel protection insurance. Your travel advisor can discuss options with you, including medical expense coverage, pre-existing medical condition exclusion waivers, trip cancellation, trip delay, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage and more. To cover pre-existing conditions, most policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your initial deposit. Travel protection insurance prices are based on your age and the trip cost.

Transfers: Airport transfers can be added to your reservation and are offered only on the cruise departure and return dates. A flight itinerary will be required to add transfers. Cost: TBA
