People First: Fox Transitions to Work-At-Home Setup
The recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has impacted many organizations across the world. As we all try to adjust to the developing situation, it has been of the upmost importance for Fox World Travel to quickly transition to help keep our associates, customers and communities safe. We’re extremely proud with how Fox World Travel been able to swiftly change over to a work-at-home setup for employees.
“We have provided a temporary work-at-home agreement and are positioned well to provide all necessary equipment so that there is no disruption to our business,” Fox Human Resources Director Lisa Trepanier said. “In addition, associates are provided with detailed instructions on workstation set up with IT staff on standby to help with any concerns.”
The team at Fox is a tight-knit group, so it will be a big change of scenery for many employees. That’s why Fox is encouraging teams and leaders to stay in touch with each other via phone calls and online video calls so we can all remain connected to the rest of our Fox Family.

It cannot be understated the incredible work the Fox World Travel Human Resources department, IT department and many other Foxstars have put towards helping employees switch to their new work-from-home situation.
“From planning through execution, I could not be more proud of our teams,” Fox Director of IT and Application Development Jeremy Dyken said. “We have a tremendous group of very talented folks who pulled together and transitioned all of our associates to work from home in a matter of days. We constantly preach the value of our One Fox philosophy, and it’s awe-inspiring to watch it in action.”
Recently, Fox World Travel temporarily transitioned away from in-person meetings with clients and customers at its offices to help stop the spread of the coronavirus and flatten the curve. However, Fox is still finding ways to connect with its clients. Whether it’s via phone calls or emails, the team is hard at work to assist with all our customers’ needs.
