Steps to Planning a Destination Wedding

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We will work together to begin bringing your vision to life and answer initial questions you may have about the process.

2. RESEARCH & RECOMMENDATIONS

Based on the information you provide in your initial consultation; we’ll research and hand-pick resorts we believe are the best fit for you. Mexico and the Caribbean are our most popular destination wedding locations, known for their convenient all-inclusive resorts. But we also plan weddings in Hawaii, Europe, the U.S. and more.

3. DESTINATION & RESORT DETAILS

After you’ve chosen your resort, we’ll review available wedding packages and offerings as well as any symbolic or legal ceremony requirements.

4. BOOKING

Based on your chosen package, we’ll book your date and introduce you to your on-site coordinator. We will stay in touch with your on-site wedding coordination through the process and provide them necessary travel information and schedules.

5. GROUP TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

We’ll assist you and your guests in booking your travel, monitoring all reservation deadlines and providing customized digital travel documents.
