While Fox World Travel would love to support every request we receive, the reality is that we need to be thoughtful with each request.  By following this process, we ensure consistency in:

1. Strategic Purpose: While we understand the importance of many worthy causes, our guidelines ensure we are focused on our giving and can make an impact in these specific areas of giving.
2. Feasibility and Efficiency: Having a well-outlined process ensures we are proactive in our communication with requesters so we can be respectful of your time.
3. Proper Financial Commitment: Guidelines ensure the best use of our resources, so we can maximize our impact for our most essential causes and for our communities.

Giving should support a non-profit 501(c)(3) that:

1. Aligns with the culture of Fox World Travel.
2. Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion, supports community stewardship, advances human capital development, as well as furthers ethics, and human rights for all. Our passion is to foster positive connections through travel, ensuring freedom and safety for all to learn, grow, and explore.
3. Nurtures sustainable travel, reducing energy emissions, investing in eco-friendly practices, and supporting conservation causes. We are passionate about promoting education and influencing sustainable practices within the industry.
4. Supports our corporate social responsibility efforts.
5. Supports our clients and communities.

If your request falls within our Giving Priorities, we ask that you please fill out this request form and allow up to two months for processing. While we understand that many opportunities are for worthy causes, we traditionally limit or decline giving that falls outside of these parameters.

• Align with one or more of our giving priorities.
• Demonstrate a long-lasting impact with measurable results.
• Include personal involvement and leadership from Fox associates.

Organizations seeking support from Fox World Travel must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:

• Must be verifiable holders of non-profit 501(c)3 status through the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
• Must represent they do not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, marital status, mental or physical ability, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
• Must reinforce our mission, vision, and values in one of the following areas:

• • The travel industry
  • Communities we live, work, or travel in
  • Business relationships with whom we partner

• Must submit a a Charitable Giving Request via Fox’s online application process, providing at least four weeks’ time from submission to decision.
