Crystal Zawilinski

Crystal Zawilinski is a Client Solutions Manager at Fox World Travel. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to produce effective travel programs focused on traveler experience, company goals and continuous improvement. Crystal’s proactive approach to problem solving and love for data make her a strong extension of her client’s travel teams.

As a member of the Fox team for nearly 20 years, Crystal brings a unique view to her role having worked extensively in operations, sales and meetings and incentives at Fox. These varied roles allow her to provide valuable insight and experience to her clients. One of the highlights was when she worked with a long term customer to revamp their incentive program from the typical “sun and fun” experience to bring the group to new and exciting destinations throughout Europe where she collaborated with the client to create exceptionally unique events which were inaccessible to the attendees on an individual basis. She described one of those experiences as taking her breath away as she entered the unique event venue, taking in the entertainment, food and special location. In addition, the revamped program created qualifier excitement, resulting in a 30% increase in qualifiers the following year with little additional expense to the client.

Raised on a farm in the “thumb” of Michigan and later studying agricultural communications at Michigan State University, Crystal brings a strong work ethic to every aspect of her life.

Outside of work, Crystal’s passions include giving back to the youth in her community through a variety of service positions. Crystal’s personal energy is sparked by traveling to new and unique destinations around the U.S. and the world with her family.
