Jeff Saydah

Jeff is the Director of Global Client Solutions at Fox World Travel, where he leads a team of ten Client Solution and Client Solutions Support Managers. With a focus on addressing the unique needs and complexities of a diverse customer base, Jeff’s team collaborates with clients ranging from single-country programs to those encompassing over forty countries.

Joining Fox in 2017, Jeff brings over 23 years of expertise in the travel industry, with a primary focus on client management and sales. His background as both a travel buyer and a provider of travel services enables him to offer valuable thought leadership to the client solutions team, especially during a time of significant change in the travel industry.

As a Client Solutions Manager, Jeff has successfully implemented multiple global programs spanning 35+ countries each. By establishing and achieving program goals such as consolidation, implementing a common global travel policy, and enabling comprehensive global reporting for duty of care and cost savings initiatives, Jeff has demonstrated his strategic approach to enhancing client satisfaction and business performance.

Residing in Austin, Texas, Jeff lives with his wife and son. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys sharing his family’s passion for baseball as dedicated fans of the Texas Longhorns and the San Francisco Giants. Additionally, Jeff pursues personal interests in baking and woodworking, with his current woodworking project focusing on crafting Adirondak chairs as thoughtful gifts for family and friends.
