Matt Yoak

Matt Yoak is the director of business travel operations – domestic reservations.  He is responsible for leading Fox World Travel’s domestic reservations for the business travel operations team. He guides the team to deliver exceptional service without boundaries using innovative technology services, customer support, and leading industry expertise.  By supporting the people who directly support our business travelers, he always has Fox’s travelers and clients top of mind.

Matt has over 19 years of travel industry experience holding positions in operations, data analytics, account management and travel technology, often focused on operational improvement and implementation of best practices.  He thrives on collaborating with others to solve complex business issues and in doing so, aims to understand what is valued most from not only Fox’s clients, but internal teams serving Fox’s clients as well.

Matt has a strong dedication to frontline efficiency that helps ensure Fox clients have a seamless experience while working with our business travelers.  With a strong technical background, Matt combines his knowledge of technology with his operational experience, to lead new enhancements and implement best practices for our frontline travel agent team.
