It’s my number one go-to. After I book a hotel or a flight, I have the information back within minutes. The continually updated text messages keep me from parking at the wrong airport terminal when the airline has a last-minute gate and terminal change.

We have a very successful in-house travel department due in part to the help that Fox has given us; from high-end reporting, new technology and products, all the way down to their 24-hour agent support.  We are extremely happy with their level of responsiveness to our company’s needs and their dedication to high-quality service.

The Technology department has been able to adapt to most of our requests and our unique situation. We have brought some challenges, and they have always come through.

We recently moved from one of the big mega agencies, and have been blown away with how much better our experience has been since our transition. Not only were we able to negotiate better pricing for our program, but we have had the best customer service experience. Fox has shown us that there are TMCs out there who are listening to the customers’ needs and are creating solutions to help manage those challenges…as with travel, they tend to change often. We feel very fortunate to be with a TMC that gets it, and is looking to help us meet our company goals, not just fit into a TMC mold. We could not be more pleased, well done!
