Where does Globus take you?
Roseanne Forester has been a Globus Tour Director since May 1996, specializing in tours across Britain and Ireland. University educated, she began her professional life as a highly qualified General Nurse before gaining postgraduate qualifications in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration. She is an alumna of Durham University Business School.
Roseanne has worked extensively across Europe, including Austria and Portugal, and has played a pioneering role in international travel, achieving several “firsts” with British tour operators in destinations such as China, India, Indonesia, South Africa, Egypt, the former Soviet Union and Soviet Asia. Highlights include the London–Beijing Motor Challenge, opening the Douro River in Portugal to its first cruise vessel, the Rajasthan Train journey, and the Silk Road rail journey tracing the route of Marco Polo from London to China.
For Globus and Cosmos, Roseanne has guided tours ranging from 6- to 21-days across England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. In recent years, her work has focused largely on Scotland, alongside tours covering Great Britain and Ireland.
