Influence is the capacity to help shape what happens next…effecting action, behaviors, and opinions of others.  A large part of influence lies in your day-to-day actions, your attitudes, and your approach…and doesn’t require you to be in a position of power.  Leading with influence is about creating the space to truly collaborate by enrolling people in your ideas rather than selling them.
