Chip Juedes

Chip Juedes is the third-generation leader of the Juedes (pronounced yee-dis) family legacy at Fox World Travel (Fox). As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fox, he is honored to steer the company toward new heights, building on his passion for travel, which was ignited when he officially joined Fox in 2005. Under his leadership, the organization has achieved remarkable growth and garnered numerous accolades within the travel industry.

Chip began his journey at Fox as a travel agent, but his drive to learn, commitment to succeed and vision for the future of Fox soon propelled him into key leadership roles, including Finance, Administration, and Marketing. Today, he stands as the CEO, having succeeded his father, with a strategic insight instrumental in elevating the travel planning experience for Fox’s diverse clientele, encompassing both business and vacation travelers, as well as meetings and incentives. His leadership ensures that Fox’s mission —Service, Passion, Partnerships, and Family—are palpable at every juncture of the traveler and customer journeys.

He not only holds himself accountable to the business, but more importantly, to every associate who calls Fox “home”.  He prioritizes a culture that encourages growth, inclusivity, and continuous development. He is dedicated to providing opportunities for associates to grow personally and professionally, fostering a workplace rooted in integrity, honesty, and collaboration. Chip’s vision for Fox is to build and continue to invest in a team that embodies these values and strives to be the best in the travel industry.

Beyond his responsibilities at Fox, Chip’s dedication to the travel industry is further demonstrated through his involvement with Delta Air Lines’ Agency Advisory Board and the BCD Affiliate Advisory Board, where he contributes his expertise and insights to shape the industry’s future.

Having grown up within a family business, Chip learned the value of family first from his father, and he’s continued this priority with his own family.  He shares his life with his wife Maggie and takes immense pride in being the father of their two daughters, Emily (10) and Anna (9), as well as their six-year-old son, Henry. In his spare time, he enjoys being outside and active by running, boating, golfing, and playing outdoors with the kids.  However, above all these activities, traveling, regardless of the reason or destination, tops his list.

In every facet of his life, Chip exemplifies a commitment to excellence, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and propelling Fox World Travel to new horizons in the ever-evolving world of travel and hospitality.
