Kelly Leith

Kelly Leith is the vice president of human resources at Fox World Travel. She leads an exquisite team of human resource professionals with specialties ranging from payroll, benefits, recruitment, performance management, coaching and engagement. Kelly and her team provide collaboration across the organization to strategically enhance the associate experience at Fox and aims daily to ensure Fox is in a position to be the best place to work, grow and succeed.

Kelly joined Fox in 2021 as a growth opportunity to gain experience in the travel industry, an industry she has a true passion for, and to build on her 20 plus years in the human resources profession. Kelly graduated from the University of Eau Claire, Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has since earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and Society for Human Resources Management- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Kelly has extensive knowledge and education which have aided her to flourish in building and enhancing human resource teams and unique associate benefits and programs.

In 2013, Kelly and her family moved to the Oshkosh area looking for an adventure and an area to explore the outdoors. Little did she know she would find her forever home with Fox World Travel and have the ability to pursue travel herself while helping others build on their own adventures both personally and professionally. “My true passion serves best in driving businesses and teams forward by enhancing associate programs and working to increase associate morale and engagement. There is nothing better than enjoying your days in a positive and happy work environment.” She is honored to have contributed to several of the more recent culture awards at Fox during her tenure, such as one of America’s Best Small Employers, Top Workplace, Culture Excellence Awards – Employee Well-Being and Employee Appreciation.

Kelly has been a member of National SHRM for over 15 years and has served on the membership committee for the local Oshkosh SHRM chapter for over 10 years. She has also served on the board as Secretary for the Oshkosh SHRM chapter for several years. Kelly is a public advocate for The Wisconsin Parkinson Association and enjoys attending and volunteering at local events to help to raise funds and awareness for this specific charity. Kelly has also volunteered in many other areas across the community in different capacities.

Outside of Kelly’s professional space, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She loves the lake and visiting her family and friends in the Northwoods. She also enjoys playing Volleyball and is consumed by all sports! Go Pack Go, Go Bucky!
