Director of Customer Experience

As the Director of Customer Experience for Fox World Travel, Mia Beltran utilizes her 30+ years of marketing, branding, business planning and customer research to collaborate with teams across Fox World Travel as they keep customer experience top of mind.  Mia built the customer experience program at Fox after directing the organization through a rebranding effort in 2016. With a passion for meeting the needs of the customer, Mia has partnered with senior leaders and customer-facing staff to help the organization achieve increasing customer loyalty every year.

Most notably, Mia has guided Fox in approaches to utilize the more than 90,000 pieces of customer feedback to drive improvements for the customer and to feed organizational strategic decision making. She regularly focuses on customer journey mapping, customer persona development, business planning and voice of customer insight development to support all three of Fox’s core business lines, including Vacation Travel, Business Travel and Meetings and Incentives.

Prior to joining Fox in 2015, Mia owned and operated a Marketing Communications Consulting firm, specializing in providing business planning, marketing, and public relations services to businesses of all sizes. She also served in several business planning and brand management roles in the healthcare sector early in her career. Mia holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communications from UW-LaCrosse and an MBA from Edgewood College.
