Morgan Zdroik

Morgan Hafeman is the Engagement Marketing Specialist at Fox World Travel, specializing in social media and engagement. She began her career at Fox in 2021 as a travel advisor after completing the company’s first Vacation Travel Academy and transitioned to the marketing team in 2023. In her current role, she manages Fox’s social media presence, supports public relations initiatives, and leads both internal and external engagement as the creative voice of Fox.

With a lifelong passion for travel, she finds it especially rewarding to share that enthusiasm with clients in meaningful and creative ways, inspiring them to explore the world. She often says, “I love what I do and the team I do it with for a company I love.” Beyond her immediate team, she values the connections and friendships she’s built across all departments at Fox, which truly feels like a family to her.

Outside of work, she has traveled to 18 countries and continues to seek out new adventures. At home, she and her husband enjoy life with their two dogs, Dexter and Winnie. She loves spending time at her family’s place in Door County, staying active through workout classes and hikes, and, most recently, surfing on Lake Michigan in the town she calls home, often referred to as the “Malibu of the Midwest.”
