I used to use AAA for all my travel needs, but then they eliminated their in person travel agents and made it so all your travel plans had to be done over the phone. I really appreciate the in-person, face-to-face contact Fox offers. Katie Buss is fantastic.

The phone was answered by Marisa, a human! She heard what I asked for and responded quickly and with appropriate great options. From my first call to the last email all in a matter of a few hours! Made it SO easy to book a simple 4-day trip to Cancun that I will definitely use for future European vacations.
