Megan Williamson

Megan is a Wisconsinite at heart, but she longs for global adventures. Megan grew up in a small northwestern town and has spent her life pursuing experiences that push her out of her comfort zone. With over 8 years of customer service experience in the food industry, Megan transitioned from the world of food to the travel industry as a travel advisor at Fox World Travel.  She most recently transitioned to further share her passion for travel by joining Fox World Travel’s group travel team.  Megan looks forward to tour managing and guiding travelers around the globe!  She’s got a fantastic talent for thinking outside the box, and her creativity is her compass.

Throughout her life, Megan has been an active volunteer and natural leader. She even managed social media platforms for the American Red Cross Club at UW-Madison. Her willingness to lend a hand and her commitment to helping others make her a go-to collaborator.

Megan loves spending time with her family, and her Springer Spaniel is her loyal companion. Her dedication to being the best dog mom is a testament to her nurturing spirit. Her biggest aspiration so far? To gracefully run through a Scottish castle in a billowing ball gown.

Megan firmly believes that dreams are not just for bedtime stories; they’re blueprints for life’s adventures. From educational journeys to Yellowstone with her US History class, family trips to Tennessee, and her very first flight to Florida, Megan cherishes every moment spent exploring. Lakeside getaways, filled with jet skiing, boating, kayaking, and swimming hold a special place in her heart. Every memory made with loved ones is a treasure she holds dear.

While Megan’s travels have been within the United States, her heart knows no borders. She yearns to immerse herself in diverse cultures, dive into history, and embrace the world’s wonders. She is visual and could lose herself for hours in the beauty of sunsets and mountain landscapes.

From humble beginnings, Megan’s guiding principle is to pay it forward. She aspires to be the driving force behind others’ dreams – or at the very least, their dream vacations.
