The highlight is the overnight cruise across the Baltic Sea from Stockholm to Helsinki.

Your journey begins in Chicago O’Hare, where you will board your overnight flight to Copenhagen.

At 6 pm, meet your Tour Director and travel companions for a welcome dinner at your hotel.

Your Scandinavian adventure begins with a guided sightseeing tour that includes a visit to the Royal Reception Rooms of Christiansborg Palace, views of the National Museum and Royal Theater, plus stops to take photos of Amalienborg Palace and the Little Mermaid Statue. Enjoy an afternoon at leisure to explore more before visiting the world-famous Tivoli Gardens.

This morning, say goodbye to Denmark with a ferry ride to Helsingborg, Sweden. Disembark and continue to Gothenburg to get acquainted with an orientation drive that includes a photo stop at Göta Square. Visit the famous indoor market for a “walk about” experience through the market stalls and sample some local snacks. Later, cross the border into Norway and arrive in the capital city of Oslo. At Gothenburg’s indoor market hall, you can find spices, coffee, cheese, fruit, and other delicacies from around the world in its 40 shops and eateries. Stroll around the stalls to enjoy a Swedish food experience and sample some of the local specialties.

This morning, join your Local Guide to discover what makes Oslo so very special. See the National Theater, Parliament, and the Royal Palace. Take a walk through incredible Frogner Park and visit City Hall. Explore more of Oslo at your leisure during free time this afternoon and evening. Frogner Park contains over 200 sculptures in granite, bronze, and wrought iron, along with fountains and bridges comprising the life’s work of legendary sculptor Guztav Vigeland. Visit the stately Oslo City Hall, with its redbrick architecture, soaring towers, and 49 bells. Here, the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony takes place each year.

Enjoy a scenic drive to Stockholm and enjoy the serene natural beauty and lush green views along the route from Norway to Sweden, dotted with small lakes and little villages amid the lovely Scandinavian landscape. Called “the capital of cool,” Stockholm is the place for music, art, and fashion. With nearly 100 museums, Stockholm has more museums per capita than almost anywhere else in the world. Sustainable and eco-friendly solutions are a big part of everyday life in Stockholm where many restaurants focus on locally sourced seasonal ingredients, and the city skyline rises above lush, green spaces.

Join your Local Guide to discover Stockholm, the “City of Islands.” Guided sightseeing features views of the Royal Palace and Riddarholmen Church, the final resting place of the Swedish kings and Stockholm’s only preserved mediaeval abbey. Walk through the Old Town and visit the City Hall. Later, visit the Vasa Museum and marvel at its treasure, an almost intact 17th Century warship. Explore more of this beautiful city during a leisurely afternoon and evening.

Enjoy a morning and lunchtime at leisure in Stockholm. Perhaps visit one of the museums, browse the stores, or try local specialties for lunch, like the unofficial national dish of köttbullar (Swedish meatballs). Later, take an overnight dinner cruise across the Baltic Sea to Helsinki. Finland has often been voted the happiest country in the world, due to its affinity with nature and strong social support system. The capital city of Helsinki is situated in the south of the country poised on a peninsula in the Gulf of Finland. Though it is the coldest capital in the Nordic region, its striking architecture and Nordic cuisine don’t fail to give visitors a warm welcome.

Soak up Finnish life with a visit to a panoramic local spa, uniquely set in a floating structure above of the sea. Take a dip in the pools and enjoy the views from the sauna as you experience the “löyly” effect of water poured on the hot stones for the ultimate steamy experience!

Maritime Marvel

Hop aboard a ferry for a short ride to join your Local Guide at the UNESCO-listed Suomenlinna Fortress, located on an island in Helsinki harbor. Historically an important military base serving three different nations, this “living fortress’ is now a lively maritime district.

Important Information

Initial Deposit: $400.00 per person

Fox Professional Fee: Package price includes a $50.00 non-refundable Professional Fee per reservation. Fee will be charged at the time of deposit and will show as an additional payment from Fox World Travel.

Final Payment: No later than March 19, 2027

Single Supplement: $1149.00 (limited single occupancies allowed)

Requirements: A valid US passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from date of return.

Not Included: ETIAS Visa (when implemented), Airline flights on land-only packages, air-imposed baggage fees, gratuities for airport porters, tour guides, motorcoach drivers, meals (other than those included in the package), optional excursions, travel insurance, and any items of a personal nature.

Terms: Minimum number of travelers are required for the tour to operate and send a Fox World Travel tour manager to accompany the group. In the event the minimum number is not reached, the tour will operate with a professional, local guide in the destination. Hotels and daily itinerary are subject to change.

Group Air: A minimum of 10 passengers is needed for the group air. Flights are currently pending. The air-inclusive package includes air that has not yet been assigned, the identity of the carrier, which may include the carrier`s code-share partner, will be assigned and disclosed at a later date. Price includes approximate air taxes and fees. Air package pricing is subject to change until contracted due to the volatility of airfare costs. Checked luggage fees may apply. Frequent Flier miles may not be available to group air travel. Fox World Travel has no control over flight or equipment changes, seat assignments, delays, or cancellations. Airline tickets will be non-refundable once issued. Changes will be subject to a fee plus any fare difference. Additional restrictions may apply. Pricing and flight options from other cities are available upon request.

Insurance: For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel protection insurance. Your travel advisor can discuss options with you, including medical expense coverage, pre-existing medical condition exclusion waivers, trip cancellation, trip delay, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage and more. To cover pre-existing conditions, most policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your initial deposit. Travel protection insurance prices are based on your age and the trip cost.

Cancellation Penalties:

From date of deposit to March 20, 2027: Initial deposit of $400.00 per person + Fox Fee + applicable airline fees

March 21 to April 12, 2027: 50% package price cancellation fee + Fox Fee + applicable airline fees

April 13 to May 13, 2027: 75% package price cancellation fee + Fox Fee + applicable airline fees

May 14, 2027 till date of departure: No refunds

Fox World Cancellation Fee of $100.00 per reservation will apply in addition to any Fox Group Vacation or vendor cancellation penalties. Air tickets are non-refundable once ticketed.

Activity Level 2 – Moderate

Designed for travelers who prefer a balanced blend of sightseeing and downtime. Expect days that include up to two–three miles of walking on a mix of paved paths, small hills, cobblestone streets, and occasional uneven ground. There may be one to two days on this tour when walking tours can cover three to four miles over uneven terrain. Travelers should be comfortable standing for up to two hours during guided activities and climbing two flights of stairs, sometimes without handrails. Daily touring may include early departures or longer coach rides.

Mobility Guidance: You are welcome to travel with mobility aids; however, there will be portions of touring that may be more difficult to accommodate, and you may need to navigate short stretches without assistance. Please share your needs with us in advance so we can plan appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITY: We and any sponsoring organizations act only as agent for the suppliers of travel services such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, restaurants, sightseeing companies, entertainment providers, and cruise lines (the “Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of the Suppliers that cause losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury, property or other economic damage, consequential damages, or monetary losses, or arising from any other causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to make any changes in the itinerary deemed necessary, and also the right to decline or retain any person as a member of the Trip. If you choose to arrange your own transportation for any portion of the Trip, we are not responsible for any arrangements or associated costs should there be a change in date that requires changes or cancellation to transportation arranged by you. We are not responsible should there be any changes with vacation hosts, tour managers, or entertainment. You grant to FWT and its designated agents the right to acquire and use the audio, photographic, video and other portrayals of your image, likeness, and voice in any medium of any nature whatsoever, including the Internet, for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity or otherwise, without compensation.

We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but we are not responsible in the event we are unable to do so nor are we responsible for any denial of services by Suppliers. The American with Disabilities Act is only applicable within the United States and facilities for disabled individuals are limited outside its borders. Most transportation services, including a touring motor coach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret we cannot provide individual assistance to a vacation participant for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance and must assume full responsibility for their well-being. Motorized scooters are unsuitable for most vacations.

We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend contacting the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control at (877) FYI-TRIP or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release us from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Winnebago County, Wisconsin will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or us, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We work vigilantly with the Suppliers to maintain integrity of the price you were originally quoted and placed on deposit. There may be certain circumstances where your vacation may be subject to a price increase prior to full payment due to a supplier or government issued surcharge. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees, fuel surcharges, exchange fluctuations or any combinations of these. Fox World Travel will make a reasonable attempt to contact you prior to issuing charges.
