Throughout her career, she has partnered with suppliers to develop successful programs, established meaningful operational KPIs, led an AI integration initiative in operations, and aligned operational strategies with financial objectives to drive sustainable growth.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to operational excellence, Murgas works closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to develop innovative travel solutions that enhance program performance and support long-term business objectives.
