Fox Professional Fee: Package price includes a $50.00 non-refundable Professional Fee per reservation. Fee will be charged at the time of deposit and will show as an additional charge from Fox World Travel

Airline Taxes: Price includes current taxes and fees of $370.23 per person (subject to change without notice).

Requirements: Full legal names (first, middle, and last) and dates of birth are required at the time of booking. A valid U.S. passport book with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the return travel date is required for travel. The documents must match the name exactly as it appears on the passport.

Not Included: Airline flights on land-only packages, airline luggage & seat fees if applicable, gratuities for airport porters or transfer drivers, motorized water sports, phone calls, restaurant surcharges (if applicable), specialty experiences, optional excursions, travel insurance, medical services, and any items of a personal nature.

Accessibility Terms: Client must inform us in advance, as early as possible, of any physical, medical, or other special need that requires accommodating. We will make reasonable modifications to our policies, practices, and procedures, when necessary, unless doing so will fundamentally alter the nature of the services. Please understand that accessibility and accommodations in other countries may be limited.

Terms: A minimum number of 10 rooms is required for the tour to operate. If the group falls below the minimum, the group may be cancelled by Apple Vacations and individuals transferred to individual reservations will be charged the current rate.

Group Air:  Price includes approximate air taxes and fees. Fox World Travel has no control over flight or equipment changes, seat assignments, delays, or cancellations. Airline tickets will be non-refundable once issued. Changes will be subject to a fee plus any fare difference. Additional restrictions may apply.

Requests: Please understand requests can never be guaranteed (Example: King bedding, Rooms near to each other, Nonsmoking, etc.). While the hotel/resort will do everything they can to honor your requests, rooms are assigned at check in on the day of arrival and placement is ultimately at the discretion of hotel management. Please note, seating assignments are not guaranteed and can change at any time prior to departure at the Airlines discretion.

Insurance: Your travel advisor can discuss options with you, including medical expense coverage, pre-existing medical condition exclusion waivers, trip cancellation, trip delay, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage and more. Fox World Travel offers several plans with Apple Vacations under their Apple Vacations Groups Protection Plan. The Apple Vacations Groups Protection Plan does not cover Fox World Travel cancellation/change fees. Vendor travel protection for groups is subject to unique contracts covering the terms and conditions applicable to each group’s travel arrangements – reference should be made to those contracts to determine the applicable cancellation penalties. The travel insurance should be added on within 7-days of initial deposit.

Cancellation Penalties:

Fox World Cancellation Fee of $100.00 per reservation will apply in addition to any Fox Group Vacation or vendor cancellation penalties. Air tickets are non-refundable once ticketed. 

Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or add-ons because of denied boarding situations.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:

• From time of deposit to October 11, 2025 (126 days) -No Penalty + $100 Fox Cancellation Fee applies
• From October 12 to November 10, 2025 (125 to 96 days) – 10% Penalty & Applicable Air Fees + $100 Fox Cancellation Fee applies
• From November 11 to December 11, 2025 (95 to 65 days – 30% Penalty & Applicable Air Fees + $100 Fox Cancellation Fee applies
• From December 12, 2025, to February 14, 2026 (64 days – date of departure) – Full penalty

Air Cancellation Policy:

• From time of deposit to November 16, 2025 – No Penalty
• From November 17 – December 11, 2025 – $150.00 per seat penalty
• From December 12 – December 31, 2025 – $300.00 per seat penalty
• From January 1 – January 14, 2026 – $400.00 per seat penalty
• From January 15, 2026, to day of departure – All seats are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable

Change Fees: 

Any changes or revision to the original contract space may affect the terms and conditions of the group contract. New promotion rates may not apply to existing group bookings. If allowed, changes will be at the discretion of the resort and Apple Vacations and are subject to cancellation charges and rate increases. For any changes or revisions to your reservation after final payment date, Apple Vacations has the right to charge $50 per person, per occurrence fee. Written notice must be received for all changes. Name changes may be refused at any time.
