Fox Professional Fee: Package price includes a $50.00 non-refundable Professional Fee per reservation. Fee will be charged at the time of deposit and will show as an additional payment from Fox World Travel.

Requirements: Valid US passport is necessary with a minimum validity of 6 months from return date
Not Included: Airline luggage fees, airline seats, gratuities for airport porters, tour guides, meals (other than those included in the package), optional excursions, travel insurance and any items of a personal nature.
Travelers will be subject to carry-on and checked baggage fees charged by Sun Country Airlines. Passengers will be allowed one complimentary item (such as a purse, camera bag or backpack) that will fit under the seat. An airline reservation code will be provided approximately 90 days prior to departure. Using this airline confirmation code, it is recommended to pre-purchase additional carry-on and/or checked baggage fees, and seat assignments online, at suncountry.com, subject to Sun Country Airlines pricing and are non-refundable.
Terms: A minimum of 5 rooms booked is required to secure rates and inclusions as noted. In the event the minimum number of rooms is not reached, individuals may be transferred to general reservations and charged the current rate. Group passengers may not deviate from inclusions, options, and/or features provided to the group.

Frequent Flier miles may not be available to group air travel. Fox World Travel has no control over flight or equipment changes, seat assignments, delays, or cancellations. Changes initiated by traveler will be subject to a fee.
