I’m so glad that Elizabeth helped plan our recent trip to Cancun. She made several suggestions and recommendations that made our trip so much more enjoyable such as staying at the quieter/calmer Secrets rather than the wilder, noisier Breathless. Also, she warned us against talking to the annoying travel agents on our way out of the airport on our way to our shuttle which could have led to additional charges and wasted time expenditures. Thanks so much Elizabeth! We thoroughly enjoyed our Cancun experience!

I have never been to a destination wedding so this was my first and it was my son’s! Donna was beyond helpful with the planning and it was so nice to have her on sight for anything that we needed. I can’t say enough about how wonderful everything was because of her!

Working with Donna during the past year and a half has been such a great experience. Even through a pandemic and a postponement, Donna was there every step of the way for Dave and I and our 50+ guests. She worked tirelessly to keep our contracted rates the same with the postponement, she worked for us to keep our resort credits which were discontinued during the year we postponed and she helped our guests who had problems with flights returning home. We could not have asked for a better, more competent and ultimately someone who cared more than Donna. She’s a gem!
