We recently moved from one of the big mega agencies, and have been blown away with how much better our experience has been since our transition. Not only were we able to negotiate better pricing for our program, but we have had the best customer service experience. Fox has shown us that there are TMCs out there who are listening to the customers’ needs and are creating solutions to help manage those challenges…as with travel, they tend to change often. We feel very fortunate to be with a TMC that gets it, and is looking to help us meet our company goals, not just fit into a TMC mold. We could not be more pleased, well done!
