I cannot say enough positive things about our Fox client solutions manager and their support of our firm. They are always quick to answer questions and address any concerns, as well as communicate any information that impacts our program or travel in general. I truly believe that our travel program would not be where it is today without Fox. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

We recently moved from one of the big mega agencies, and have been blown away with how much better our experience has been since our transition. Not only were we able to negotiate better pricing for our program, but we have had the best customer service experience. Fox has shown us that there are TMCs out there who are listening to the customers’ needs and are creating solutions to help manage those challenges…as with travel, they tend to change often.
