We are proud to publish our 2024 Annual Sustainability Report, which represents our mission, vision, and values. Our enthusiasm for the world of travel is the force behind our commitment to sustainability and drove the decision to conduct our first materiality assessment in fiscal 2024.
Our material topics served as the guide for developing our Sustainability Plan and the publishing of this inaugural sustainability report in reference to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Our Sustainability Plan encompasses a forward-looking roadmap focused on the following areas deemed material to our organization by internal and external stakeholders: energy and emissions, sustainable purchasing practices and supply chain engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), human capital development, community stewardship, ethics and human rights, data privacy and security, and risk management.
We share this report in celebration of our commitment to sustainability, our progress on key initiatives, and future opportunities and planned initiatives for improvement in each of our material topic areas.

Fox World Travel is honored to be part of PACT's The Code initiative, strengthening our dedication to eradicating human trafficking.

Fox was recognized for their leadership and commitment in protecting children from sexual exploitation by TheCode.org. See certificate.

During our 2023 Fox Summit, our associates generously donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wisconsin, supporting their mission of enabling young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

In May 2023, Fox delivered over 200 trees to our associates for planting in their local communities to help offset our carbon footprint for annual conference travel.

At our annual GBTA travel convention, Fox engaged booth attendees to “Scan for a Cause” in August of 2023 resulting in a donation to PACT for over $5,000.

Our enthusiasm for the world of travel is the force behind our commitment to community stewardship. We believe in order for future generations to enjoy the fulfillment of travel, we need to continually inform, educate and partner with our customers to protect the people and places that mean so much to all of us. Fox represents this commitment through our partnership with PACT (Protect All Children from Trafficking) and the development of a Fox internal committee dedicated to informing and educating our Fox Family, customers, and community about human trafficking.
