Fox World Travel Hires Matt Yoak as Director of Business Travel Operations

Fox World Travel is pleased to announce it has hired Matt Yoak as director of business travel operations (domestic reservations). In this role, Yoak is responsible for leading the domestic reservations for the business travel operations team. He will do this by guiding the operational team to deliver exceptional service without boundaries using innovative technology services, customer support and leading industry expertise for Fox’s customers.

Matt has 19 years of travel industry experience holding positions in operations, data analytics, account management and travel technology.

He has expertly managed various agency level initiatives related to operational improvement and implementation of best practices. These initiatives range from global standardization projects to streamlining the agent process.
