Fox World Travel Recognized at 2025 RIU Awards for Outstanding All-Inclusive Sales Performance

We are excited to share that we have been honored as one of the top-producing U.S. travel agencies at the 8th annual RIU Awards, held this November at the Riu Palace Pacifico in Riviera Nayarit, Mexico. The prestigious event gathered nearly 100 of the highest-performing travel advisors from across the United States and Canada to celebrate excellence in selling RIU Hotels & Resorts’ all-inclusive vacations.

We received recognition for our exceptional all-inclusive sales production over the past year—driven by continued demand from travelers across Wisconsin and the northern United States seeking warm-weather escapes, Mexico beach vacations, and Caribbean all-inclusive getaways.

“It was a humbling honor to accept the award on behalf of our talented vacation travel team,” said James Montie, Vacation Travel Branch Manager at Fox World Travel, who represented us at this year’s gala. “Demand for all-inclusive vacations remains incredibly strong in our region, and RIU continues to deliver the value, consistency and memorable experiences our clients expect. This award reflects the dedication and expertise of our advisors.”

This year’s RIU Awards embraced a vibrant “Fiesta Mexicana” theme, complete with Otomi-inspired décor, live entertainment and cultural elements woven throughout the evening. Advisors also received updates on upcoming RIU resort renovations, new hotel openings and enhanced guest services shared by RIU’s global sales and marketing leadership team.

Montie shared that the trip also marked his first true all-inclusive stay—an experience that reaffirmed why travelers choose RIU for stress-free vacation planning. “In more than 15 years working in hospitality and travel, this was my first true all-inclusive vacation,” Montie said. “Not needing to carry a wallet or pay for every meal, drink and activity is exactly what a vacation should feel like. The RIU staff were incredibly friendly and fun, which made the experience even better. I cannot recommend the RIU brand enough.”

RIU leadership present at the awards included Armin Kaestner, VP of sales, contracting and business development for the U.S. and Canada; Magnolia Crisostomo, MICE director for the Americas; Celia Casado, director of the RIU Partner Club; Nicole Brown, senior manager of partner marketing for the romance and business development segments; multiple U.S. and Canada-based business development managers; as well as Martina Peuser, sales director for the Pacific and Central America, and Carolina Osuna, sales manager for Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta.
