Maximize Your Travel Savings with FOX'S EXCLUSIVE Enhanced Unused Airline Ticket Solutions

Reimagine Unused Ticket Management: Waste Less, Pay Less.

Go beyond the status quo most TMCs offer to help you efficiently manage your unused air tickets. Fox designed two intuitive, proprietary tools that enhance your program. These unique solutions automate the unused ticket process by moving the applicable unused tickets that are set to expire from the travelers’ individual names into your overall company account with Fox. These optional, add-on features can eliminate hands-on, manual management and create efficiencies for you.

Automate Transferring Unused Tickets from Individuals to Your Company

Management of tickets in the traveler’s name and business-level tickets can be daunting when manually reviewing reports and requesting transfers from a traveler’s individual profile into the company’s business profile.

With this upgrade, travel managers no longer need to personally review reports to find unused tickets expiring in a traveler’s profile and request they be moved to the company profile. Fox has designed proprietary technology to review tickets set to expire within the next 90 days and will automatically move those that qualify for a name change and transfer to another employee.

Customer Review

We recently moved from one of the big mega agencies, and have been blown away with how much better our experience has been since our transition. Not only were we able to negotiate better pricing for our program, but we have had the best customer service experience. Fox has shown us that there are TMCs out there who are listening to the customers’ needs and are creating solutions to help manage those challenges…as with travel, they tend to change often. We feel very fortunate to be with a TMC that gets it, and is looking to help us meet our company goals, not just fit into a TMC mold. We could not be more pleased, well done!

As part of Sysmex’s North American travel program, they utilize a local, in-country TMC in Canada to service their Canadian-based travelers. The Canadian TMC is essential in accessing local fares, complying with regulations, reporting on taxes, and providing Canadian French-speaking agents. With traveler data flowing from multiple sources, Sysmex preferred to consolidate their travel data into a single source to streamline data and reporting.

Ashley Furniture previously relied on static reporting, pulling travel program performance data manually to create reports. This process became tedious and labor-intensive, which ultimately hampered problem-solving efforts for the travel manager. Having to manually create reports also limited visibility to real-time data, where stakeholders were only able to view basic metrics and lacked real-time data insights.

Fox World Travel's client, a global leader in specialty vehicles and access equipment, partnered with Fox to optimize their travel management program. They utilized Fox's expert data analytics team and advanced business intelligence platform, Cognition, to collect and analyze data from multiple sources. The customized dashboards provided valuable insights into booking trends, supplier preferences, and traveler behaviors. This allowed the client to make data-driven adjustments to policies, optimize supplier contracts, enhance the travel experience, and improve budget control and program compliance. The client's travel manager praised the Cognition dashboards for unlocking a new level of program optimization.

SAP Concur recommended Fox to a global recruitment company based on our close partnership status and Concur’s confidence in Fox to provide the leadership needed to consolidate the client’s travel across Europe, and eventually the United Arab Emirates and Asia. The company is rapidly growing and undergoing significant multinational expansion. When the company came to Fox, they had no consolidated travel program and were not utilizing a travel management company in the U. S. The travel policy was not mandated and experienced high rates of leakage, therefore the company was finding it difficult to control travel expenses worldwide.
