I have worked with Fox World Travel for a long time in planning our winter getaway. We have had nothing but excellent service from our agent Barb. I have recommended Fox World and Barb many times to family and friends.

I used to use AAA for all my travel needs, but then they eliminated their in person travel agents and made it so all your travel plans had to be done over the phone. I really appreciate the in-person, face-to-face contact Fox offers. Katie Buss is fantastic.

My agent is very efficient and answers me promptly, including when I am on the trip, I get a response or a number or another contact. It’s really important to me to have someone to reach out to while out of the country.

Their expertise on travel requirements is invaluable. They took into account all of our travel plans and developed a great itinerary.

Katie K. Was great to work with.  She answered all of our questions and wasn’t bothered by our indecisiveness.  We told her what we wanted, and she found the resort that checked all our boxes.  Can’t wait to plan another trip with her in the future!

I’m so glad that Elizabeth helped plan our recent trip to Cancun. She made several suggestions and recommendations that made our trip so much more enjoyable such as staying at the quieter/calmer Secrets rather than the wilder, noisier Breathless. Also, she warned us against talking to the annoying travel agents on our way out of the airport on our way to our shuttle which could have led to additional charges and wasted time expenditures. Working with Paula at FWT has been great! We met her once in the office while visiting friends & family. We no longer live in Wisconsin & have been working remotely with her; She has been responsive to all our questions.
