My agent is very efficient and answers me promptly, including when I am on the trip, I get a response or a number or another contact. It’s really important to me to have someone to reach out to while out of the country.

I’m so glad that Elizabeth helped plan our recent trip to Cancun. She made several suggestions and recommendations that made our trip so much more enjoyable such as staying at the quieter/calmer Secrets rather than the wilder, noisier Breathless. Also, she warned us against talking to the annoying travel agents on our way out of the airport on our way to our shuttle which could have led to additional charges and wasted time expenditures. Thanks so much Elizabeth! We thoroughly enjoyed our Cancun experience!

I used to use AAA for all my travel needs, but then they eliminated their in person travel agents and made it so all your travel plans had to be done over the phone. I really appreciate the in-person, face-to-face contact Fox offers. Katie Buss is fantastic.
