Our Fox Meetings and Incentives team has crafted unparalleled events, turning ordinary gatherings into extraordinary adventures. A recent highlight from our portfolio is the unforgettable JSA Chairman’s Council meeting in New Orleans, a testament to our team’s creativity, dedication, and knack for the exceptional.
The JSA Chairman’s Council meetings, held semi-annually, are not your typical corporate events. They are a blend of strategic discussions, networking, and celebration of achievements, attended by the JSA executive team alongside their Advisory Board and top sellers. It’s a time for collaboration, setting new goals, and unforgettable experiences. Our latest adventure took us to New Orleans from February 19th to 22nd, with 36 members in attendance. Known for its vibrant culture and rich history, the city was the perfect backdrop for an event like no other.
Our team went above and beyond to ensure the venues and activities showcased the essence of New Orleans. Dinner off Bourbon Street in a restaurant that opened exclusively for our group, a private Carousel Bar experience with an interactive history lesson while rotating around the bar, and a surprise Second Line Parade through downtown are just a few highlights. These moments captivated our attendees and involved the city’s bystanders, creating a collective experience celebrating New Orleans’s spirit.
The essence of our events lies in their exclusivity and our team’s meticulous attention to detail. Every aspect was carefully curated, from the private dining events at Broussard’s Restaurant and Courtyard and the historically rich Muriel’s to an intimate show at the Preservation Hall, to ensure an unforgettable experience.
Our ability to grant attendees access to experiences that would otherwise be difficult or cost-prohibitive to arrange on their own sets us apart. Over the years, we’ve organized private castle rentals, indigenous dance shows, and even privately owned historic car tours through Italian vineyards.
Our onsite staff, including myself, are always there to ensure that every event runs smoothly. We handle every detail, from advance coordination to executing tightly scheduled activities, allowing our clients to immerse themselves fully in the experience alongside their customers and coworkers. Having worked with JSA for about ten years, we’ve built a relationship founded on trust, creativity, and the ability to deliver the extraordinary, no matter the circumstances, including tight turnaround times, availability, and our own high expectations. Our partnership with the Destination Management Company (DMC) and our relentless pursuit of unique experiences have made every JSA function a standout event.
