Over nine unforgettable days, 88 attendees immersed themselves in Costa Rica’s breathtaking landscapes, vibrant culture, and exhilarating adventures. From the moment the group arrived, our Fox Meetings & Incentives team was on-site to handle every detail, ensuring a flawless and rewarding experience from start to finish.
Our dedicated hospitality desk was available daily to assist guests with booking excursions, answering questions, and offering personalized support. This level of service allowed each attendee to relax and enjoy the trip without worry.
Exceptional Events with a Costa Rican Twist
The itinerary featured a variety of receptions and themed events, each designed to bring people together and create lasting impressions. The highlight? A neon glow party complete with carnival performers, dancers, a live marching band, and neon body painting for every guest. It was a high-energy celebration that perfectly captured the spirit of Costa Rica—and the excitement of achievement.
Another standout was the awards ceremony, a spectacular evening recognizing top performers with style and flair. With professional-grade lighting, a full AV setup including three large screens, and a grand stage, the event felt as polished and impactful as the achievements it honored. From curated music to beautiful floral arrangements, no detail was overlooked.
Adventure and Relaxation in Equal Measure
Outside of the evening festivities, guests chose excursions that offered an authentic taste of Costa Rica’s natural beauty and thrilling adventures. There was something for every traveler, from ATV tours, ziplining through the rainforest, and sport fishing, to golf outings, spa relaxation, and wildlife sanctuary visits.
Throughout the trip, Costa Rica’s perfect weather and the incredible hospitality of the resort staff enhanced every experience. Wildlife encounters were also abundant and unforgettable; coati, iguanas, howler monkeys, and exotic birds were frequent sights on the resort grounds, offering a daily reminder of Costa Rica’s rich biodiversity.
