- Trip time and transfer/layover details help indicate travel experience
- Live chat support offers instant assistance
Once an itinerary is selected, the recruiter books air through a single sign on and the trip itinerary is automatically sent to the traveler via text message. Recruiters no longer have to manually manage and book travel.
With more than 10,000 recruits at 100% turnover each year, this tool has been beyond expectations for the new client at Fox.
Prior to the Fox custom solution, the recruiters had to manage multiple sources to quote trips and manually book bus via agent-direct phone lines. Fox’s technology innovations have lowered their transaction fees and ultimately save them exorbitant amounts of time and cost. This lower cost model substantially enhances their recruit-traveler experience and creates a process for the recruiters that is now, a single click.
