SAP Concur recommended Fox to a global recruitment company based on our close partnership status and Concur’s confidence in Fox to provide the leadership needed to consolidate the client’s travel across Europe, and eventually the United Arab Emirates and Asia.
The company is rapidly growing and undergoing significant multinational expansion. When the company came to Fox, they had no consolidated travel program and were not utilizing a travel management company in the U. S. The travel policy was not mandated and experienced high rates of leakage, therefore the company was finding it difficult to control travel expenses worldwide.
Further, the client had no visibility to spend outside of the U. S. and was without a central travel reporting tool, gaps which meant they had little ability or data in order to negotiate with airlines. The client also had no safety program for duty of care.
Fox consolidated all travel in the UK, Germany, Netherlands and United States utilizing our partnership with BCD Travel. Fox provides global leadership and management for the travel program while BCD provides local in-country services. A plan to consolidate the remaining countries is forthcoming.
Fox’s implementation, client solutions and business travel technology teams worked in tandem with BCD to not only organize a strong consolidated program but also to reduce the time needed to implement the program globally.
Goals included:
The client is now realizing the benefits of multinational consolidation with a single TMC armed with central data for travel and expense. Savings have been realized across the company’s global travel program thanks to opportunities realized through consolidated reporting. Travel technology, both for the travelers and travel arrangers, is now more user friendly thanks to single platform administration and an online travel booking tool that has been optimized for each locale.
Moreover, consistent delivery of agent services and expert global account management consulting provide the support required to extend the travel program’s value to all regions the client operates in — all of which contribute to the company’s desired ROI.
In the first four months with Fox, the company realized approximately $35,000 in savings.

On July 19, 2024, Fox World Travel faced a major IT disruption due to a faulty update from CrowdStrike, which led to widespread system failures and a significant increase in call volume and duration. Our IT team swiftly mobilized, prioritizing customer-facing roles, and successfully restored functionality by the afternoon, ensuring our commitment to exceptional service remained intact despite the unprecedented challenge.

As part of Sysmex’s North American travel program, they utilize a local, in-country TMC in Canada to service their Canadian-based travelers. The Canadian TMC is essential in accessing local fares, complying with regulations, reporting on taxes, and providing Canadian French-speaking agents. With traveler data flowing from multiple sources, Sysmex preferred to consolidate their travel data into a single source to streamline data and reporting.

Ashley Furniture previously relied on static reporting, pulling travel program performance data manually to create reports. This process became tedious and labor-intensive, which ultimately hampered problem-solving efforts for the travel manager. Having to manually create reports also limited visibility to real-time data, where stakeholders were only able to view basic metrics and lacked real-time data insights.

Signify had a specific division comprised of travelers based in Canada that faced the challenge of centralizing North American travel services and data globally for their Canadian-based division. The goal was to provide a single service platform for travelers from Canada and the U.S., establishing a single operational and reporting system that would facilitate streamlined services and travel experiences for their Canadian travelers. Additionally, Signify was required to comply with Canadian laws and regulations while ensuring access to Canadian airline content.
