Managing travel across 26 countries can create challenges with visibility, consistency, compliance, and traveler safety. To address these complexities, a global manufacturer partnered with Fox

The client, a multimillion-dollar freight and logistics company, has two longtime on-site agents who handle all traveler bookings. Because travelers are familiar with the on-site agents, the client wanted a travel management company who would work behind the scenes without the travelers’ awareness.

Signify had a specific division comprised of travelers based in Canada that faced the challenge of centralizing North American travel services and data globally for their Canadian-based division. The goal was to provide a single service platform for travelers from Canada and the U.S., establishing a single operational and reporting system that would facilitate streamlined services and travel experiences for their Canadian travelers. Additionally, Signify was required to comply with Canadian laws and regulations while ensuring access to Canadian airline content.

When a global healthcare technology company needed to improve the speed and accuracy of its high-volume travel program, Fox World Travel delivered a customized solution

On November 6, 2025, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mandated a significant reduction in U.S. air traffic due to the ongoing government shutdown resulting in staff shortages among air traffic controllers and TSA agents. Faced with thousands of flight cancellations, Fox World Travel activated its Rapid Response Protocol, by quickly mobilizing teams and utilizing its proprietary 3i Technology. This proactive approach provided personalized support to its client base, minimizing disruption and reinforcing Fox’s commitment to client care during a major travel disruption.

The client has an on-site agent configuration and routes their international itineraries to Fox for review. The on-site agent booked roundtrip itineraries for two travelers from Indianapolis, Indiana, to Vilnius, Lithuania (IND > ORD > FRA > VNO). The itineraries were booked as business class on United Airlines with a total of $12,752.23.

The client has a very large travel volume with approximately 1,000 unused tickets on file at a given time. The client previously used a spreadsheet to track these tickets and was looking for interactive capabilities beyond a standard unused ticket report.

SAP Concur recommended Fox to a global recruitment company based on our close partnership status and Concur’s confidence in Fox to provide the leadership needed to consolidate the client’s travel across Europe, and eventually the United Arab Emirates and Asia. The company is rapidly growing and undergoing significant multinational expansion. When the company came to Fox, they had no consolidated travel program and were not utilizing a travel management company in the U. S. The travel policy was not mandated and experienced high rates of leakage, therefore the company was finding it difficult to control travel expenses worldwide.

Fox’s client had more than $80,000 tied up in unused tickets and welcomed collaboration with Fox to identify problem areas and develop a plan for lowering their unused tickets volume. Fox worked with the client to take a multifaceted approach to reducing their number of unused tickets.

A Fox client in the transportation and logistics industry relies heavily on Greyhound bus transportation as a low-cost option for recruit travel. The client was seeking a streamlined solution for booking transportation to their training centers across the U. S. to meet their high recruitment and new hire training requirements. Because Greyhound content is not available via traditional reservation systems, the client’s recruit travel process with their previous travel management company (TMC) was manual and lengthy, and there was no way for the company’s nearly 60 recruiters to compare cost and traveler experience options.
The client, a CEO of a global manufacturing and supply company, required VIP service for an immediate family member’s Italian vacation, complete with a private chateau and around-the-clock service. As discerning lifestyle travelers accustomed to exclusive transportation and lavish accommodations, the client needed to ensure a safe, seamless, white-glove travel experience from start to finish.
